In 2025, we welcomed more than 400 adults and 300 teens—queer and allied—to our annual Queer Proms, held April 25 & 26 at the Missoula County Fairgrounds. This year, we also introduced our first Family-Friendly Dance Party, bringing together over 75 adults and children to enjoy live music and dancing.

At every event, attendees experienced a safe and joyful space to express themselves freely and authentically.

We have to thank our incredible community for making 2025 such a success. 

With your support:

• We exceeded our cash fundraising goal by nearly 50%.

• 100% of food, beverage, and entertainment costs were covered by generous in-kind contributions.

• Local businesses stepped up to sponsor event rentals, activities, advertising, and even hair and makeup sessions.

• More than 150 community members volunteered their time—because we’re proudly 100% volunteer-operated.

• 25+ community organizations provided resource tables chock full of useful information.

• And our amazing Queer Prom Teen Committee truly rocked it.

Thanks to this collective effort, Queer Prom 2025 remained completely free for all 300 queer and allied teen attendees, and our twice-monthly teen events continue to be free and accessible to all.
